Measuring Culture: Beyond The Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey

I like data. As the managing director for Ascom's North American region, I use data to inform the decision making that moves our business forward. However, I've learned that data doesn't tell the whole story of what's happening in the business. You need the human behaviors and interactions (call them the qualitative parts) to get a more complete picture of what's really going on.
