When the pandemic happened, the tradeshow and meeting industry ground to a halt overnight. This is what healthcare calls a “compelling event,” forcing rapid change. This new constraint helped us innovate, and we pivoted from in-person customer briefings to investing in cameras and other technology to hold virtual sessions and enabling self-scheduling tools so customers could easily book their own demonstrations with our experts.
