Ascom, a Healthcare IT and clinical collaboration company, today announced that its Vice President of Human Resources, Patricia Tyner, has been recognized as one of the top 50 women leaders in NC for 2023 by Women We Admire Magazine. The Magazine chose Tyner for her work in helping Ascom transform from a nurse call hardware company to a workflow solutions technology provider.
“This honor recognizes the operational and cultural change we’ve been driving across our organization as we pivot the business to reach our growth goals,” said Patricia Tyner, Vice President of Human Resources, Ascom. “Our employees are the key part of making our vision – to close digital information gaps allowing for the best possible decisions anytime and anywhere – a reality.”
To execute this vision, Tyner draws on 20 years of experience in HR as the Director of HR for a Private Equity firm, managing a full range of HR operations activities, including recruitment/selection, coaching, training and development, benefits/payroll, policy implementation, compliance and federal and state employment law. She is a strategic business partner for mission critical initiatives to address the business challenges of revenue goals, attracting/retaining talent and creating solutions for the hybrid/remote work environment while balancing budget and profitability objectives. As a result of her efforts, Ascom Americas recently was named a Most Loved Workplace Award for 2023.
