Are you an organized person who enjoys seeing plans come together? Do you get satisfaction with being able to meet tight deadlines? If so, then a Logistics Operator role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Logistics team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and in charge of the reception, registration of equipment for the repair equipment, edition of quotes, orders recording, sending equipment to the repair center or to our customers and local technicians for emergency interventions.

Your days will be filled with…

  • Handling the inventory, repairs, incoming and outgoing goods in an accurate way
  • Correct prioritization of activities in situations of overload of activities
  • Pro-active and accurate communication both to the internal organization and external (suppliers/customers)
  • Control and Reception of the goods in local warehouse
  • Sort by type: local stock for emergencies, equipment to be repaired (under warranty, under contract or that needs quotation)
  • Repair Orders recording (registration of serial numbers)
  • Creation and edition of invoices
  • Answering customer’s requests on repair
  • Ship equipment from local stock for emergencies

Your skills and competencies are ...

  • Ability to communicate in a professional and transparent way (both local language and English)
  • Ability to execute tasks in an independent and structured way within the procedures and processes outline 
  • Ability to perform both independent and in a team to achieve the overall goals Knowledge of Microsoft Office modules and local IT system (e.g. ERP, DHL, etc.)
  • Technical experience and good product knowledge 
  • Working experience with tools IT system

  • Open and transparent communicator
  • Reliable and accurate personality
  • Ability to handle increase of workload and stress related


Vos tâches quotidiennes seront …

  • Gérer les réparations et les flux entrants et sortants du stock local
  • Savoir prioriser les activités et commandes en cas de surcharge d’activité 
  • Communication proactive et précise en interne et en externe (fournisseurs, centre de réparation européen, clients)
  • Contrôle et réception des marchandises du stock local 
  • Tri par type : stock local pour les urgences, équipement à réparer (sous garantie, sous contrat ou nécessitant un devis) 
  • Enregistrement des ordres de réparation (enregistrement des numéros de série)
  • Création et édition de factures 
  • Gestion des demandes clients concernant les activités de réparation et d’entretien
  • Gestion des expéditions à partir du stock local en cas d’urgence

Vos talents et compétences sont ...

  • Capacité à communiquer de façon professionnelle et transparente (en français et en anglais)
  • Capacité à exécuter des tâches de manière indépendante et de respecter les procédures  
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés 
  • Expérience technique et bonne connaissance des produits
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office

Et vous possédez une
  • Abilité à communiquer de façon ouverte et transparente 
  • Personnalité fiable et engagée 
  • Capacité de gérer la variation de la charge de travail et le stress associé
