The Sales Channel Manager - Healthcare plays a pivotal role within the Ascom sales team in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This position involves acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with designated channel partners and assumes responsibility for devising and executing the sales strategy for Channel Partners (Resellers) in the regional market. The primary objectives include achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall Regional sales goals. The Sales Channel Manager serves as the face of Ascom, promoting a range of products and services, with a potential focus on specific solutions or product sets tailored to partner vertical markets.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead the partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for productive partner relationships.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs.
- Foster and maintain responsive working relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Actively promote Ascom products and offerings to end-users through partner organizations, closely collaborating with partner sales resources.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within partner accounts.
- Effectively manage and resolve potential channel conflicts, ensuring open and transparent communication and adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Keep CRM and other business management systems up to date, including the forecast for responsible accounts.
- Lead solution development efforts that align with end-user needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Drive the adoption of Ascom programs among assigned partners and proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
- Coordinate the engagement of internal resources, including support, service, and management, to meet partner expectations and performance objectives.
Requirements Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the sale of technology-driven products and services to healthcare customers.
- Proven track record in indirect sales, with a focus on value-based complex solution sales, including software.
- Profound sales experience and a successful history of selling into healthcare, retail, hospitality, and industrial environments.

- Demonstrated capacity to showcase the value of Ascom’s products, solutions, and services.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the wireless communication sector and Clinical Solutions environment, technical system configurations, and familiarity with the Ascom product portfolio.

- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building sustainable and effective relationships.
