Order Administrator, Ascom Order HQ

To our team within Logistics we are looking for an Order administrator.
This I an opportunity for you who wants a varying job where you have daily contact with our customers worldwide mostly by e-mail and phone.

As an Order Administrator, you will belong to the Order Team and be part of the Logistics Department. You will work at our office in Hisingen/Gothenburg.

Your days will be filled with…

• Sales order handling
• Order confirmations
• Information to customers
• Export documents adminstration
• Invoicing
• Credit invoicing according to attestation rules
• Custom issues related to deliveries
• Export license administration
• Letter of Credit
• Customs declarations handling
• Quotes from transport companies
• Book and coordinate transport and provide required documents when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Logistic, Sales order processing and Procurement.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages and understanding ERP and other IT applications. Preferably ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong customer and business orientation.
• The ability to have a holistic view as well as being able to deep dive into topics.
• Language skills, fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speech
