Interim Human Resources Manager - DACH

We are a global solutions provider focused on Healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions. Headquartered in Switzerland, our business spans across 18 countries and we have been supporting the healthcare industry for close to 160 years by providing them with technology to enable them to support their communities. With immediate effect, we are hiring a Human Resources Manager DACH a.i. who can support us with

• Managing the processes of Q1 (STI, Performance Management, Salary Review etc.)
• Building up the new HR team (in two locations)
• Managing important projects (e.g. new payroll provider)
• Stabilizing the organization

You are a proven HR expert, fluent in German and English, resilient and hands-on, up-to-speed in all HR-related matters and ready to cover all tasks allocated to HR including admin, recruiting etc. You love the challenge and convince us with your high business ethics, accountability, solution orientation and persistence. We offer a hybrid work mode but expect you to travel to CH-Mägenwil and DE-Frankfurt regularly.
