The Role
Are you passionate about leading technical projects and delivering real value to customers? Ascom is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer projects focused on technical solutions and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes, following Ascom’s SOPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across functions.
- Ensure project objectives are met in terms of scope, time, budget, and quality.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and KPIs.
- Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage change requests and contractual adjustments in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field.
- Certifications in Agile Project Management (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA, Scrum) are a plus.
- At least 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in customer-facing technical projects, ideally in IT, telecommunications, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Planner, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and in Swedish.
