If so, then an Order Administrator role with us might be what you’re looking for. As part of our Logistics team, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and bringing our solutions to our customers.

 

Your days will be filled with…

  • The Order Adminstrator will be responsible for Sales Order processing, invoicing and related administrative tasks. This role works closely with the global supply team and local sales and services teams.

Key Accountabilities

Sales orders and deliveries:

  • Price administration
  • Sales order handling
  • Order confirmations
  • Price and delivery information to customers
  • Communication with customers
  • Programming files
  • Information to customers about changes in delivery dates
  • Export documents administration
  • Invoicing
  • Credit invoicing according to attestation rules
  • Custom issues related to deliveries
  • Issue licenses
  • Monitor updated delivery requirements
  • Export license administration in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
  • Update of Logistic site on Extranet
  • Defined reports and KPI:s
  • Follow up of Export declarations
  • Update pick and pack instructions in ERP
  • Equipment list handling in ERP

Repair:

  • Repair invoicing
  • Credit invoicing according to attestation rules
  • Repair order administration
  • Questions about repair order and invoices

Purchase order:

  • Send purchase orders to suppliers for Purchase to order items
  • Monitor confirmations from supplier
  • Monitor deliveries from supplier
  • Receive gods in ERP
  • Price check on confirmations from supplier
  • Replanning

Sales prices and Price lists:

  • Administration of Sales Prices in ERP
  • Administration of Price List on Extranet

And you are…

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in Logistics

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in sales order processing
  • Customs declaration knowledge
  • Experience in Logistic, Procurement
  • Language skills, fluent in English both in writing and speech
  • Analytical and process oriented
  • Able to understand customers need
  • Work as part of a team
  • Work self-dependent and towards goals
  • Organizational ability
