We’re now looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Region South (Italy). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced finance professionals to contribute directly to our business performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Finance & Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or business administration; experience in B2B sales organizations is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (intermediate) and Microsoft 365 (advanced).
  • Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.


What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and actively participate in monthly and annual management reporting.
  • Perform monthly follow-up on business performance.
  • Provide profitability analysis across product lines, segments, products, and customers.
  • Control costs and search for optimization possibilities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities with functional areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization projects.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support the Finance department with related tasks.
