Your days will be filled with…
- Providing best-in-class HR services to managers and employees in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Enabling line managers to be successful in their role
- Managing and paying an active part in talent attraction/recruiting activities in close collaboration with the business
- Pro-actively supporting line managers in all HR and organizational topics, incl. change management and transformation
- Stakeholder management (incl. unions) and relationship building
- Implementing global and local initiatives and playing an active part in projects

- You own all HR-related matters covering the entire employee lifecycle of your assigned legal entities
- You are responsible to bring HR to the next level
- You play an active part in recruiting, employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment
- You are sparring partner as well as service provider

We look for…
- A strong team player and quick learner, willing to take ownership and responsibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
- 5-8 years of working experience in a similar role in the Netherlands in an international environment
- Strong experience in change management, recruiting/talent acquisition
- strong drive for execution and high business mind-set
- Ability to provide sustainable quality solution to improve business success
- A desire to leave an impact
