HR Specialist (maternity cover)

You will be part of the HR Team, supporting the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry. You will provide best-in-class operational and administrative HR services to managers and employees, and actively contribute to implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR-policies.

This role is a maternity cover to be started asap and for at least 6 months.

Your days will be filled with…

• Providing support to line managers and employees in all administrative and operational HR matters
• Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations and providing advice on employee relation matters
• Providing regular updates of HR reports and employee data
• You play active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment

We look for…

• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of of local employment laws and regulations 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
• Experience in covering the various administrative aspects of HR including working with an external payroll provider as well as experience in sourcing and recruiting
• Communicate fluently in Italian and English, both verbal and written
• A Strong team player, and quick learner, willing to take ownership and responsibility
  
• A person with a structured way of working and a good eye for details
