As the Customer Care Manager (Preventive Maintenance) at Ascom, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects, overseeing projects, optimizing service delivery, and leading preventive maintenance efforts. Your expertise in project management, commercial strategy, and service delivery will be instrumental in advancing Ascom's mission of providing impactful healthcare solutions. 


Commercial Skills and Project Management:

  • Strategically manage financial elements to optimize profitability.
  • Align service processes and projects with business growth goals.
  • Implement plans to support business expansion and revenue generation.

Product Lifecycle and Service Delivery Management:

  • Manage and establish customer expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive the team to deliver high-quality preventive maintenance services.
  • Lead special projects related to tooling implementation and disaster recovery planning.

Preventive Maintenance and Service Operations:

  • Fine-tune change management, asset management, and reporting processes following ITIL guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for seamless change and update execution.


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information technology, Healthcare, or Engineering.
  • Proven track record in leading preventive maintenance and on-call services in a B2B / IT environment.
  • Experience with ITIL Service Management and proficiency in Dynamics 365, Anywhere365, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen to drive additional sales of service revenue.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions independently.
  • A collaborative team player fostering cooperation.
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.
