Execute and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns, delivered by the Global Central Marketing team
Manage and distribute content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing; the majority is created by the Central Marketing team
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed
Work with the local sales teams, local solutions team and leadership to align marketing and sales efforts
Collaborate with global departments, such as the Global Content Marketing team, the Global Segment Marketing team, the Global Digital Marketing team to distribute cohesive marketing campaigns
Plan and execute local marketing programs and events, such as exhibitions, seminars, customer stories, local newsletters and all other local communications
Maintain the local websites with support from the Global Digital Marketing team
Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and partners
Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts to be able to give accurate market information & requirements to the Central Marketing team
Measure & report on the success of local marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions
Be the link between the Region and the Global marketing teams to inform, guide & influence, the creation of relevant, high quality deliverables for the regional markets
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Degree in Marketing or other Marketing qualification
A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information & Communication Technology environment, within Healthcare is an advantage
