We are looking for a QA Administrative Assistant (3-Month Internship/Contract) to provide essential support in document management and compliance for the Head of QA. If you're a student or recent graduate who is detail-oriented and eager to gain experience in a structured environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and edit documents in Ascom's DMS (AODS) as instructed.
  • Copy text from existing documents to new AODS templates.
  • Add standard text blocks as required.
  • Communicate with the QA team and document owners to ensure document accuracy and completion.
  • Maintain and report the status of document tasks within the QA team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with document management systems and MS Office (SharePoint).
  • Good communication skills in English (oral & written).
  • Hands-on and systematic in your approach to work.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
