As our Repairs and Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the supply chain within our warehouse. Your mission? Ensuring that equipment for customer orders is meticulously planned, quality objectives are met, and delivery deadlines are achieved. Additionally, you’ll handle stock control administration efficiently.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Returns Service:
    • Take charge of the receipt, logging, and tracking of all customer returns.
    • Keep customers informed about any delays or interruptions in the returns service.
    • Maintain impeccable documentation standards to trace returns from receipt to delivery and back to the customer.
    • Skillfully manage escalations to resolution.
  • Stock Management:
    • Handle the receipt and shipments of parts as needed.
    • Conduct quarterly audits of local and remote warehouses.
    • Collaborate with the Warehouse and Logistics team to forecast parts requirements.
    • Maintain a high standard within the warehouse to support our service, including customer support, contract fulfillment, and repair order processing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • A background in warehouse and logistics is desirable.
    • Excellent team working skills.
    • Confidence and passion for providing exceptional customer care and repairs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and our in-house systems.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good time management.
    • Ability to remain calm in difficult and challenging circumstances.
    • Strong decision-making abilities.
    • Prioritization and organization skills.
  • Experience and Education:
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics roles.
  • Personal Characteristics:
    • Collaborative spirit: You work seamlessly with colleagues, customers, and end-users.
    • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
