An Ascom mobility solution, however, brings assistance directly to the shopper. A press of a button can summon a member of staff to a location anywhere in the store. Press another button, and a cashier can instantly request a price check, cash exchange or support. A single push of a wall-mounted button in a fitting room is all it takes for a staff member to bring an item. Relevant staff members can be quickly alerted to the site of a spillage, minimizing customer disturbance. One-push communication can also summon relevant staff members to click-and-collect points and recycling stations.
