Ascom UK's long-term care specialist, Stephen Cavanagh, alongside Victoria Day, from Alexa Smart Properties, will be presenting at UK Care Week 2023.
As part of UK Care Week, Stephen and Victoria will be presenting 'The power of voice activation in supporting digital transformation for senior living environments and enabling care staff'.
The session takes place at the during the exhibition at the NEC on the Keynote Stage, running between 15.15 and 16.00 on Wednesday 22 March.
They will be discussing how Alexa Smart Properties is currently being used to support care home residents through voice activation, which includes Ascom expertise. They'll go on to explain how the connect care platform can enable greater efficiency via digital workflows for care staff through automation, communication and collaboration.
