Your Day at Ascom Involves:

• Setting and adjusting prices in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with market demand and competition.
• Developing pricing forecasts and models to drive strategic planning and budgeting.
• Providing regular reports and key metrics for management review.
• Coordinating pricing strategies with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Creating and maintaining pricing models to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage deal templates and frameworks ensuring they are up to date, accurate and reflect most current promotions and offerings
• Provide insights into the performance of product lines and customer segments to inform commercial decision-making
• Monitor and evaluate the success of pricing initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor pricing strategies with a strong focus on Healthcare and SaaS
• Analyze product and service profitability, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

What We're Seeking:

• Pursuing or achieved a BA in Economics or Finance. BSc in scientific disciplines also considered.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent data modeling and system skills, particularly with Excel and PowerBI. (essential for this role).
• Fluency in English. 
• Proactive, adaptable personality with a strong work ethic and proven ability to work both independently and part of a team.
• Enjoys digging into data.
• Self-starter personality with a strong ability to “roll-up their sleeves”.
• Junior role - Training and coaching will be provided.
