You will be part of the HR Team, supporting the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry. You will provide best-in-class operational and administrative HR services to managers and employees, and actively contribute to implementation and follow-through of all relevant global and local HR-policies.
This role is a maternity cover to be started asap and for at least 6 months.
Your days will be filled with…
- Providing support to line managers and employees in all administrative and operational HR matters
- Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations and providing advice on employee relation matters
- Providing regular updates of HR reports and employee data
- You play active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment
We look for…
- 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of of local employment laws and regulations
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
- Experience in covering the various administrative aspects of HR including working with an external payroll provider as well as experience in sourcing and recruiting
- Communicate fluently in Italian and English, both verbal and written
- A Strong team player, and quick learner, willing to take ownership and responsibility
- A person with a structured way of working and a good eye for details
