As part of our HR team, you’ll be part of a team of experts who support the business in doing what they do best - providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

Your days will be filled with…

  • Assuming responsibility for HR and recruitment administration (e.g. coordination of job posting, resume review, interview process, onboarding process, employment contracts and amendments, support/track HR processes, etc.) with the guidance of the regional HR Manager
  • Handling of day-to-day topics, such as personal records, ensuring data compliance, preparation and execution of all (outsourced) payroll related matters for the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) 
  • Drive and support the implementation of (global) HR projects and processes
  • Support on various HR related matters
  • Play active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment

    We expect from you to bring…

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or equal proven competence in Human Resources
    • Fluency in German and English is a must
    • Strong understanding of the local employment law (Germany and Switzerland) including social security
    • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office based programs, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Ability to balance conflicting priorities, ensuring the completion of essential projects and meeting all deadlines
    • Ability to understand business challenges and to set priorities
    • Pro-active, result oriented personality with focus on details and with can-do follow-through mind set
