HR Partner, Norway, Denmark

We are searching for a proactive and dedicated HR Partner to join our global team, on part time, during one of our colleague’s maternity leave. At Ascom, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, supporting them throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle. Your expertise and insight will help drive our HR initiatives and support our business strategy, always with a hands-on approach and the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

As our HR Partner for Norway and Denmark, you will have the opportunity to coach, guide, and empower leaders and teams, providing them with constructive feedback and support for their ongoing growth and success. You’ll leverage your strong understanding of HR practices, trends, and tools to deliver effective HR solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your ability to translate people analytics into actionable strategies will be key in driving impactful decisions across the organization.

In this role, you will champion employee engagement and wellbeing, helping us foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture. You will ensure compliance with all employment legislation and internal policies, always acting with professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you build productive relationships with Works Councils, Unions, and HR teams both locally and globally.

You will lead and support key HR projects ranging from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compensation, always with a focus on delivering results. Strong communication and presentation skills will enable you to connect with stakeholders at all levels and adapt your approach to various audiences and channels.
