A major integrated health network has chosen Ascom to implement a network-wide communication platform and process. The contract value amounts to CHF 1.7 million.
The main objectives of this implementation project are the standardzation and simplification of the enterprise-wide communication network. The initial roll out occurred at the beginning of 2020. Its completion is projected in three years.
The standardization of the middleware with Ascom Unite, the integration of Ascom Telligence in the nurse call system, many service and maintenance offerings, and clinical consultation and trainings, confirm the holistic approach of Ascom for very complex healthcare organizations like an integrated health network in the US.
Ascom won this deal in 2020 due to its sophisticated offering for communications solutions in demanding healthcare environments. Despite strong competition, Ascom convinced the major US customer with its broad expertise and sound record of accomplishments in similar complex projects.
