Available at bronze, silver and gold levels, the Ascom Solution Lifecycle Plan (SLP) gives you peace of mind.
Bronze is our entry level support package. It offers access to our help desk: availability to remote access by Ascom experts to your equipment and systems; software updates and upgrades; documented and certified interoperability for multi-vendor solutions; defined service levels.
Silver expands this support to include remote technical support via phone and email. The level also extends the standard Ascom warranty; replacing faulty equipment free of charge, and updating embedded software to the latest versions.
Gold offers in addition prioritised repair time of maximum five working days; prioritised parts delivery and on-site support.
Optional preventive maintenance is available for all levels as well as remote monitoring.
