Ascom UK has announced that Paul Lawrence, Managing Director of Ascom UK/Ireland, has decided to leave Ascom after seven years with the business to pursue his career elsewhere.
As of 1 July, Tony Ferguson will take over as acting Managing Director of Ascom UK/Ireland. The recruitment process for Paul’s permanent replacement is underway and further information will be released in due course.
For staff, customers and partners it is ‘business as usual’ going forward at Ascom UK and Paul leaves the company in a very strong position across its operational sectors within the UK.
Nicolas Vanden Abeele, Ascom’s global CEO, comments: “On behalf of everyone at Ascom, particularly in the UK, I would like to thank Paul for his valued contribution to Ascom over the past years and wish him the best of luck in his new endeavors.”
