Your days will be filled with…
- Providing best-in-class HR services to managers and employees of your allocated department
- Enabling line managers to be successful in their role
- Managing talent attraction/recruiting activities in close collaboration with the business
- Pro-actively support line managers in all HR and organizational topics, incl. change management and transformation
- Stakeholder management (incl. unions) and relationship building

- You own all HR-related matters for one business critical department covering the entire employee lifecycle
- You are responsible for its transformation to bring it to the next level
- You play an active part in employee engagement, and in creating a positive work environment

We look for…
A strong team player, and quick learner, willing to take ownership and responsibility
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
- 5+ years of working experience in a similar role in the Netherlands in an international environment
- Strong experience in change management, recruiting/talent acquisition
- Strong drive for execution and high business mind-set
- Ability to provide sustainable quality solution to improve business success
- A desire to leave an impact
- Immediate availability for 3 months
